About me

I’m a certified Iyengar yoga teacher based in Edinburgh. My yoga journey began with trying various styles, but it was the precision and depth of Iyengar yoga that truly resonated with me. I’ve been practising Iyengar Yoga since 2015 and passed my 1 Level assessment in 2023.
I teach in English and Russian, both in person and online, with a focus on mindful alignment, accessibility, and steady progress. I believe yoga should be available to everyone, regardless of background or income.

The Iyengar Yoga Method

Iyengar Yoga is rooted in precision, attention, and a deep understanding of the body. Through clear guidance, intelligent sequencing, and the thoughtful use of props, the practice becomes both accessible and transformative.
Inclusive by design, Iyengar Yoga supports beginners, experienced practitioners, and those working with injury or physical limitations, offering practical tools to work safely and intelligently within one’s own capacity.

My Classes

I teach weekly classes in Edinburgh for both beginners and experienced practitioners, with instruction available in English or Russian. My classes take place at two welcoming local Iyengar Yoga studios.
